Our idea of the future has changed considerably over the decades, from unlimited optimism of the ’50s to cautious reservation of today.

Dean’s Garage tagline is “The Future Is Back,” meaning a look at what was the future from the perspective of bygone eras.

This compilation of videos is what society once believed the future would be like. Some clips you probably have seen before, so just skip ahead. It’s uplifting and entertaining—just what we need as 2021 gets started.
