Ahhhhh……. I can smell the Flow Master inks used to spray the full size air brush renderings mixed with the Chavant slightly sulphurous hot clay smells now. . . all prized memories.
This photo looks like the Buick Riviera and Oldsmobile Toronado were being modeled at the the same time for the same chassis for the 1966 model year.
John, the photo was taken in Body Development Studio, and not in either Buick or Olds styling studios. In Body Development, engineers are working out body production details. The Toronado and Riveria were both made on the same platform and shared many body components.—Gary
